Casa Blanca
Residential Design
A private residence defined by restraint and warmth. White render, deep-set openings, and the quiet presence of mature olive trees shape a home that feels unhurried — rooted in its landscape rather than placed upon it. Natural materials, terracotta accents, and shaded terraces blur the line between inside and out, while clean proportions and careful detailing ensure nothing competes for attention. Designed for the rhythms of slow, sun-filled living.

Exterior
A study in Mediterranean minimalism. Crisp white render meets considered proportion, with deep-set openings and clean shadow lines that shift through the day. The entrance is understated but deliberate — a dark-framed door grounded by terracotta pots and mature planting that soften the geometry without competing with it.
Courtyard
Mature olive trees anchor the courtyard, their organic forms providing natural shade and a sense of permanence. Terracotta-toned soft furnishings and low-maintenance planting create a palette that feels rooted in the landscape rather than imposed on it. Stone and render surfaces age gracefully, requiring little upkeep while gaining character over time.

Living Terraces
The terraces are designed around how people actually spend time outside — shaded lounge areas for the afternoon heat, open dining space for evenings, and sightlines that connect each zone without crowding them. Deep-cushioned seating sits beneath a canopy of olive branches, making the boundary between garden and living space intentionally unclear.
