Rec room Offices
Commercial Design
From the street, Rec Room reads as unambiguously contemporary. Glass curtain walls, clean vertical lines, and a restrained material palette place the building firmly within Portland's evolving commercial district — refined, confident, and at home among the city's modern high-rise neighbours. There is nothing here that announces itself too loudly. The architecture earns its place in the skyline by doing exactly what the street asks of it. Step inside and the language shifts.

Collaborative Interiors
Inside, exposed ceiling, steel mezzanine railings, concrete underfoot — but the palette warms considerably. Timber-lined breakout zones, curated planting, and flexible furniture arrangements create spaces that shift between focused work and open collaboration without a change of room.
Workspace & Detail
The workspaces themselves are stripped back. Clean desks, task lighting, and a neutral material palette keep the focus on the work. Overhead, the raw structure is left exposed — a deliberate reminder of the building's history and a counterpoint to the polished equipment on the desks below.
